About This Role

LiPol Battery North America is growing rapidly, and we need driven Sales Representatives to develop new business and nurture existing accounts across North America. You'll prospect and close deals with hardware startups, OEM manufacturers, medical device companies, drone builders, and industrial equipment makers — connecting them with the world-class battery solutions they need.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business relationships with OEM manufacturers and hardware developers across North America
  • Qualify inbound leads from the website and trade shows and move them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer battery requirements and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and present customized quotations, proposals, and sample programs
  • Manage a CRM pipeline (HubSpot or similar) with accurate opportunity tracking
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with engineering/technical support team for complex or custom orders
  • Attend relevant trade shows and industry events (virtual and in-person when applicable)
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (hardware, electronics, or industrial preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to hardware engineers, PCB designers, or product development teams
  • Knowledge of lithium battery specifications, applications, or competitors
  • Experience with technical product sales requiring solution-selling approach
  • Established network in electronics manufacturing or hardware startup ecosystems
