Project Manager

About This Role

We're looking for an organized, driven Project Manager to oversee internal operations, cross-functional initiatives, and client battery projects at LiPol Battery North America. You'll coordinate between our North American team and the parent manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track all internal projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, sales, and operations teams
• Coordinate client custom battery projects — managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work and change orders
• Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and ensure clear action items and accountability
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools
• Work across time zones to coordinate with the Shenzhen manufacturing team

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing remote and cross-cultural teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or import/export industries
• Familiarity with working across international time zones (particularly Asia–North America)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Basic Mandarin language skills are a plus (not required)
