Product Manager

About This Role

As Product Manager at LiPol Battery North America, you'll own the product roadmap for our North American battery catalog and digital products. You'll work with the parent company's engineering team to identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into product requirements, and drive the development of new battery solutions for North American customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the North American battery catalog
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements
• Write detailed product requirement documents and user stories
• Collaborate with the Shenzhen engineering team to develop custom and new battery products
• Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities
• Track product performance metrics and customer satisfaction
• Support sales team with product knowledge, positioning, and competitive analysis
• Oversee development of digital product tools (configurator, catalog, etc.)

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills — ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences
• Experience with product roadmap tools and methodologies
• Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting user research

Nice to Have

• Background in electronics, energy storage, or hardware product management
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners
• Technical understanding of lithium battery chemistry and specifications
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
