Product Designer

About This Role

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to lead UX/UI design for our digital products — including our North American website, customer portal, product catalog, and internal tools. You'll bridge the gap between technical battery specifications and user-friendly digital experiences, working closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on UX/UI for the LiPol Battery North America website and customer-facing tools
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library
• Conduct user research and usability testing with customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design is implemented accurately
• Design product catalog pages, technical documentation layouts, and marketing assets
• Ensure all digital experiences are accessible and mobile-first
• Iterate designs based on analytics data and user feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of product/UX design experience for web applications or digital products
• Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clean, intuitive UX
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B manufacturing, e-commerce, or technical industries
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience with design systems at scale
• Knowledge of web performance and Core Web Vitals
