Marketing Specialist

About This Role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to help grow LiPol Battery North America's brand presence, generate leads, and establish our subsidiary as the go-to source for premium lithium polymer batteries in North America. You'll manage digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, SEO, social media, and trade marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid search, LinkedIn, and display
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn, industry forums, and social media presence
- Oversee SEO strategy and content optimization to drive organic search traffic
- Collaborate with the content team on blog, whitepaper, and case study production
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Track and report on marketing KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, cost-per-lead
- Manage trade show participation, booth materials, and pre/post-show campaigns
- Coordinate with the parent company on brand consistency and global campaigns
- Research and pursue partnership and co-marketing opportunities in the North American tech ecosystem
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency with marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing technical, industrial, or hardware products
- Familiarity with trade media and publications in the electronics/battery industry
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager certifications
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
