Finance Analyst

About This Role

We're looking for a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making at LiPol Battery North America. This role bridges our North American operations with the broader corporate finance function of our Shenzhen parent company — providing insights that drive smart growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
• Analyze revenue, margin, and cost trends across product lines and customer segments
• Conduct market sizing and competitive financial analysis
• Support pricing decisions with data-driven analysis
• Partner with sales and operations teams to improve financial performance visibility
• Prepare presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting
• Identify cost optimization opportunities across the business

Requirements

• 3+ years of finance analysis or FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• CFA, CPA, or MBA (or progress toward)
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or import/export industries
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or ERP systems
• Comfort working with international financial data and multi-currency reporting
