About This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at LiPol Battery North America, you'll be the first point of contact for our North American customers — handling inquiries, order support, and technical questions with professionalism and warmth. You'll play a critical role in building long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, professional manner
- Process orders, sample requests, and quotation inquiries
- Coordinate with the Shenzhen team to provide accurate order status updates
- Assist customers in selecting the right battery for their application
- Handle complaints, returns, and warranty issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products
- Gather and report customer feedback to product and sales teams
- Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer issue resolution
- Proficiency with CRM software and email platforms
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer interactions
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or technical product customer service
- Familiarity with import/export logistics and international shipping
- Basic Mandarin or French language skills are a bonus
- Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
